Federation: United Fashion at NZFW
Arguably New Zealand's most iconic streetwear brand, Federation returned to the event again this year, and (somehow) have managed to top last year's stellar serving.
While there was a clear 80's influence throughout this years offering, with a focus on neon, embossed graphics, printed madness, sherling & acid washed denim, Fed stayed true to themselves and their street luxe style in a way only Jenny & Ben can.
Collaborating with Converse for the models footwear really 'punkified' and edged out the styling of the runway, which is such a key element to bringing a wearable collection to life. Accessories choices such as Federation socks & karate style belts were all on point, as always.
This dusty pink ensemble gave me life!!
Outerwear had a special focus in the collection too, and the diversity of Federation's designs this year is second to none. Something to suit every style, your next outwear piece will be from Federation - I guarantee it.
Classically speaking, the range still features every streetwear sample you could ever want - monogrammed shirts, skater dresses & loose jogger style pants; it's just elevated as hell and streetwear done to the absolute prime that it can be. (ASAP ROCKY WOULDN'T LOOK OUT OF PLACE ON THE RUNWAY - YA HEAR?!)
What are you waiting for? Go, run! It's all going to sell out!!! >>> www.federation.co.nz
