Power Dresser
There is something about the female form in a gorgeous, fitted black suit that exudes strength, prowess & power. It's a look that can be worked in an understated way, or amped up for full impact, and is trusted for 90% of events.
On my recent travels to NZ, I had the opportunity to work with beautiful new face, Christina from Red11 models, and wanted to put together a concept that was a little bit edgier & tougher for her pixie-looks! My concept was a play on structured suiting versus structured architecture in an homage to womens power.
Marc, Jason & I also made the styling choices of the split leg trouser and sheer top to align sexuality with power (and to also show off Christina's beautiful skin). We also focused on sharp posing, but loved the draping nature of the long coats we used - this detail is highlighted within the fourth this third image.
My passion is creative collaboration, and I am so grateful I was able to take some time from modelling whilst in NZ to direct this work. Full credits are in the excerpt as always. Xxx
