#jean4days Challenge: Day 3
#jeans4days challenge day 4 continues with this monochromatic look featuring this gorgeous pair of white jeans from Target Au. I normally avoid any sort of white pant like the plague as I find them very impractical (due to my active lifestyle), but I thought for this challenge I couldn't pass them up as they are a wardrobe staple. I love the monochromatic look - black and white are made for each other - and honestly guys, this look is the easiest to replicate of bunch!
I opted for a simple black silk shirt (also from Target Au.),to offset the creamy tones of the denim & help highlight the white contrast. The button down style of the shirt dresses up the worn-look jeans into a more transitional outfit - which I am all about.
To add some boldness to the outfit, I opted for these tie up animal print shoes which have a criss-cross effect at the ankle. I love this pop of drama & colour, which also compliments the brown tones incorporated into my fringed bag.
I wanted to co-ordinate something in my outfit to my shoes so they didn't seem out of the place, so I chose to style in my fringed caramel-brown suede bag. This bag instantly adds a bohemian style to any look, differentiating these worn jeans from the pair I styled on Day 1 of this challenge. I love fringing on anything - especially an eye catching accessory like this bag!
Style any large sized black shirt with a fitted pair of ripped white jeans & tie shoes to replicate this casual style which is suitable for the beach, or a lazy lunch with friends.
