Michael Lo Sordo - Accidental Secretaire
The Lo Sordo girl emanates confidence, sensuality & excess - and this year's MBFWA offering by the design master truly proved that point. Michael's much anticipated show, entitled 'Accidental Secretaire', saw layered deconstruction come full circle, with a focus on voluminous outerwear and flowing fabrics (a la resort).
Pops of bright cherry red amped up the otherwise monochrome palette (bar a few dusty pink moments here and there), and hip cut outs on skirts and pants alike made for memorable tailoring and styling choices.
The collection boasted languid, layered ensembles which sensually wrap the female form - so true to Michael's style, yet updated enough to seem completely fresh and pre-trend. Plastic structures on the runway also added visual oomph to the model's walk, and dimension to clothing as the models walked by.
A huge congratulations to Michael on this amazing presentation - thank you for having me be a part of the audience for this wonderful spectacle.
