Water, Wind & Wildflowers

When it rains on your Birthday, seek wind, water & wildflowers.Torrential bush walking on 8/11/15 for my special day. Location: Rocky Creek Dam, NSW.

Fun Side Story: It was raining so much in between these snaps, that the water leaked through a gap in my raincoat pocket & saturated my phone (it was literally as if I had just done the ice bucket challenge 55 times over). I was so involved in snapping the surrounds that I didn't notice for a full hour and when I finally went to check my phone it was completely fritzing out!! After a quick stint in front of the car heater, being dismantled & spending 2 days in a bag of rice, my trusty cell is somewhat back to full health...but I think I will absolutely be looking for an upgrade sooner rather than later. xx
